On this blog, I would like to conduct an experiment in global awakening, engaging the aurora borealis as a synapse between our planet Earth and our sun, a star in our cosmic parent. Together let's cast the light of our mind's eyes upward, sense the aurora and make our wish for personal and planetary freedom.

First notice how your visual field is conical in shape, that is, the further away you look, the more you can see. The point of convergence lies somewhere between your physical eyes and deep inside your brain. The pineal gland, which is conical in shape, has been associated with the mind’s eye by Eastern Traditions. Imagine that you can direct a conical field of light, of spacetime/awareness from this gland.
Always working within the light of unconditional love, cast this light upward through the top of your head and engage the light of the aurora borealis. Within this new field, begin to create your best vision of unconditional love and light. Sense it as fully as possible, seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting, thinking. See yourself in the midst of that vision and invite your ancestral chain. Now cast the light downward over your body holding yourself in this loving light, then extend it even further so that it encircles the Earth. When you engage the power of the One within the universal mind/body, you give us all a cosmic hug! Thank you
